CHAI is seeking a highly qualified entomologist to develop and lead the execution of CHAI’s entomological strategy and serve as a trusted adviser to CHAI country teams and national malaria programs on issues related to malaria entomology. Candidates should be familiar with malaria vector species, bionomics, and insecticide resistance challenges across Mesoamerica, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia, and candidates with a PhD in medical entomology or related field are strongly preferred. We also have a preference for this role to be based in a CHAI program country in Africa or Southeast Asia, and applicants should be open to frequent travel, likely up to 50%.
