We had the good fortune to participate in field evaluation three years ago of prototype versions of what has now evolved into the “Lumin 8 sbs 1.0” Light Trap. Think of it as a CDC light trap on steroids. It is a robust, highly practical, easy-to-operate trap designed for rough field conditions and one model has a solar panel on top to charge the batteries by day, but comes with a separate charger if you want rapid charging.
