    Venue of Accommodation:

    We have make a block-booking for accommodations of all WHO funded participants from outside Bangkok, which will be included in the hotel rooming list. For non-funded participants, you are also fine to make reservation with the hotel in the same offered room rate (single occupancy) in THB3,200 net/room/night by completion this Hotel Reservation Form (attached) and send back to reservation team via: res172.RoyalOrchid@sheraton.com and copy thanavarit.rathasinthitichot@sheraton.com

    • Breakfast will be complimentary for participants residing in the hotel
    • Lunch for all participants will be served during the workshop days from 24-25 November 2022, to be covered by MME/WHO.
    • Participants will be responsible for any other additional expenses incurred at the hotel e.g dinner, mini bar, laundry, phone call etc.

    Registration:

    Registration will start at 08:00 hours outside the Ballroom 1 (the meeting hall) on 24 November 2022.

    • For identification and security at WHO and the Hotel, participants are requested to wear their name badges while attending the workshop, which will be available on registration desk.
    • For your own and others safety, please follow COVID protocols
